- 2 cups strawberries (hulled and halved)
- 2 cups kiwis (peeled and sliced)
- 8-10 pieces wooden or metal skewers (for threading the fruits)
- optional fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- optional honey or yogurt (for dipping)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and kiwis thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and cut them in half.
- Peel and slice the kiwis into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
- Take your skewers and start threading a strawberry half, followed by a kiwi slice. Alternate until the skewer is filled.
- Repeat the process for the remaining skewers, aiming for 4-5 pieces per skewer.
- Drizzle with honey or serve with yogurt if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added flavor and presentation.
