  • 2 cups kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 8-10 pieces wooden or metal skewers (for threading the fruits)
  • optional fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • optional honey or yogurt (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and kiwis thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and cut them in half.
  • Peel and slice the kiwis into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Take your skewers and start threading a strawberry half, followed by a kiwi slice. Alternate until the skewer is filled.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining skewers, aiming for 4-5 pieces per skewer.
  • Drizzle with honey or serve with yogurt if desired.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added flavor and presentation.
