- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 4 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup of strawberry jam
- 1 cup of whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and half a cup of sugar; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Fold in pureed strawberries.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for about 1 hour.
- Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with strawberry jam and whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the cheesecake is fully cooled before refrigerating.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
