A delicious strawberry cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and whipped cream topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/4 cup of strawberry jam
  • 1 cup of whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and half a cup of sugar; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Fold in pureed strawberries.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for about 1 hour.
  6. Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Top with strawberry jam and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the cheesecake is fully cooled before refrigerating.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
