Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully fold in chopped strawberries.
- Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust evenly.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares and sprinkle with strawberry crunch topping before serving.
