- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy – it should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sliced strawberries to the mixture. Blend until well combined, but don’t overmix; you want some strawberry bits for texture.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This takes about 3-5 minutes.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry-cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream; you want to keep that airy texture.
- Once fully combined, taste the foam and adjust sweetness if necessary. You might want to add more powdered sugar based on your preference.
- Transfer the foam to a piping bag or a container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
- When ready, pipe or spoon the foam over your favorite iced drink or dessert, and enjoy!
