  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
  • Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
  • Top with the chopped strawberries, spreading them evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the strawberries.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
