- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Top with the chopped strawberries, spreading them evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the strawberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
