- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries and white chocolate chips if using.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
