  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries and white chocolate chips if using.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
