Instructions
- Combine warm milk and yeast; let sit 5 minutes. Mix in melted butter, sugar, egg, and salt.
- Gradually add flour, stir until dough forms, then knead for 5-7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberries.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out to a rectangle, brushing with melted butter.
- Spread cheesecake filling on dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll dough into a log and slice into 12 pieces; place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with icing or cream cheese mixture before serving.
