- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce, simmering for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, mixing until coated.
- Spread chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan, and let it melt.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
