- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup bourbon BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon (optional for added flavor)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
