- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup whiskey (your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add whiskey and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Adjust seasoning if needed.
