Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring steaks to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, add bourbon, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard, simmer until thickened, then season to taste.
  6. Slice steaks, drizzle sauce over, and garnish with parsley before serving.
