Instructions

- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, add bourbon, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard, simmer until thickened, then season to taste.
- Slice steaks, drizzle sauce over, and garnish with parsley before serving.
