A delightful combination of seasoned steak and creamy pasta, perfect for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (Fettuccine or penne recommended)
  • 1 pound steak (Sirloin or ribeye recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Fresh parsley (For garnish)
  • Additions (Optional sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or cherry tomatoes)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper, and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about a minute, then pour in the heavy cream.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add the cooked pasta and sliced steak.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
