- 8 ounces pasta (Fettuccine or penne recommended)
- 1 pound steak (Sirloin or ribeye recommended)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (Minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- Fresh parsley (For garnish)
- Additions (Optional sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or cherry tomatoes)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about a minute, then pour in the heavy cream.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add the cooked pasta and sliced steak.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
