  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper and let them rest for about 30 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the bourbon, scraping up brown bits, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, simmering for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  • Slice the steaks and drizzle the sauce over them, garnishing with fresh parsley.
