- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper and let them rest for about 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the bourbon, scraping up brown bits, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, simmering for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Slice the steaks and drizzle the sauce over them, garnishing with fresh parsley.
