Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Heat marinara sauce, add meatballs, and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
