- 4 flour tortillas

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet and cook until scrambled, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon the egg mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- For a crispier wrap, return them to the skillet, seam side down, and cook for another minute until golden.
