  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 cilantro (for garnish, optional)
  • 1 jalapeños (sliced, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the canned tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until well combined.
  • On a baking sheet, arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer.
  • Spoon the spicy tuna mixture evenly over the chips.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the tuna-covered chips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and top with diced avocado, green onions, and jalapeños if using.
