- 1 can tuna ((5 oz) prefer albacore for flavor)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 cilantro (for garnish, optional)
- 1 jalapeños (sliced, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the canned tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until well combined.
- On a baking sheet, arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer.
- Spoon the spicy tuna mixture evenly over the chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the tuna-covered chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced avocado, green onions, and jalapeños if using.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately!
