- 1 pound chicken breast (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2–3 pieces Thai chili peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Steamed jasmine rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili peppers, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, add the Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted. Serve over a bed of steamed jasmine rice.
