  • 1 pound chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2-3 pieces Thai chili peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Steamed jasmine rice (for serving)

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili peppers, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Finally, add the Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted. Serve over a bed of steamed jasmine rice.
