- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Next, toss in the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink and opaque.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- In the meantime, heat your mixed vegetables in another pan or microwave until they are warmed through.
- To serve, place the cooked rice in bowls, top with the shrimp and vegetables, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
