  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted jalapeños (chopped, adjust to spice preference)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese, roasted jalapeños, green onions, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • If you’re using bacon bits, fold them into the mixture now for that extra smoky flavor!
  • Transfer the dip to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
