- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted jalapeños (chopped, adjust to spice preference)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, roasted jalapeños, green onions, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- If you’re using bacon bits, fold them into the mixture now for that extra smoky flavor!
- Transfer the dip to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
