  • Total Time: 30

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef (thinly sliced flank steak or sirloin)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang ((Korean chili paste))
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 12 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup fast kimchi
  • 1 cup green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • While the beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave them briefly until pliable.
  • Add a generous scoop of the cooked beef to each tortilla. Top with fast kimchi, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  • Serve your tacos immediately while they’re hot.
