Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into uniform bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station with flour mixture, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each salmon piece in flour, dip in egg wash, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the breaded salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
