- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/4 cup chili crisp
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (diced)
- 1 cup cooked protein (optional, like shrimp or chicken)
- to taste salt and pepper
- for garnish fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sesame oil and minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped bell peppers to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet, pouring in the soy sauce and chili crisp.
- If using a cooked protein, stir it in now to warm it through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Plate your spaghetti bowl, garnish with green onions and cilantro, and enjoy!
