- 1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- oil (for frying)
- chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of garlic powder, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Mix corn starch with some salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken piece in this mixture until well coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces in batches, frying for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove from oil and let it rest on paper towels. Toss in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
