  • 1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • oil (for frying)
  • chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of garlic powder, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Mix corn starch with some salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken piece in this mixture until well coated.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces in batches, frying for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove from oil and let it rest on paper towels. Toss in the sauce until well coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
