Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat level)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the spice mixture until coated.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
