- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat level)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the spice mixture until coated.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the cayenne pepper for your preferred heat level.
