  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook your rice according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.
  • Pour in the maple syrup and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Once the rice is ready, fluff it and divide among serving bowls. Top with the smoky maple chicken and garnish.
