- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken is perfect)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (smoky flavor recommended)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen, thawed)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, diced onion, corn, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
