  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Make sure to salt the water for flavor.
  • In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until it’s crispy.
  • Once the bacon is cooked, toss in the minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing everything together to coat well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
