- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts chicken breasts
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)

Instructions
- Start by placing the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker. Season them with salt and pepper.
- Add the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the potatoes and chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker, ensuring it covers the potatoes and chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream and shredded cheese, letting it melt into the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
