- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Pour the honey BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, gently stir the meatballs to coat them in the sauce before serving.
