This creamy, savory Slow Cooker Crack Chicken is a family favorite! Perfect for sandwiches or served over rice, it’s easy to make and absolutely delicious.

  • Total Time: 495

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce

Instructions

  • Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken evenly.
  • Next, add the cream cheese on top of the chicken. You don’t need to stir it yet.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours. The chicken should be fully cooked and tender.
  • Once done, shred the chicken using two forks right in the slow cooker. Stir in the melted cream cheese until combined.
  • Finally, mix in the crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Top with fresh green onions and, if desired, drizzle with hot sauce for a bit of heat.
