- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- 2 each green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- 4-6 each sandwich buns
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the creamy sauce.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon (if using) until well combined.
- Serve the mixture on sandwich buns, garnished with sliced green onions.
