  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup sour cream (for creamy finish)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional for thickening)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef cubes on all sides.
  • Transfer the beef to the slow cooker and add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
  • Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream and optional cornstarch.
