- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, sliced

Instructions
- Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the pork with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Place the pork over the onions and pour chicken broth and apple butter on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Remove pork, let it rest, slice, and serve with apple butter sauce and parsley.
