Delicious Slow-Cooked Chuck Roast Tacos that are tender and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds of chuck roast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Your favorite toppings (lettuce, cheese, salsa, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chuck roast for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  2. Transfer the roast to a slow cooker and add onion, garlic, beef broth, and taco seasoning.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until fork-tender.
  4. Remove the roast, let it cool, and shred with two forks.
  5. Assemble tacos with shredded meat, toppings, and lime juice.
