- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 8 ounces flatbread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Optional (lemon wedges for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
- Pour in the white wine or chicken broth and lemon juice. Let it simmer until the shrimp are fully cooked (about 2-3 more minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley.
- On a baking sheet, place the flatbread and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Evenly distribute the shrimp mixture over the flatbread. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
