  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 1 cup bell pepper (sliced (any color))
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Green onions (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Next, toss in the sliced bell pepper and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Now, add the shrimp to the pan. Cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the diced pineapple, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes, mixing well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
