- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
- 1 cup bell pepper (sliced (any color))
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Green onions (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Next, toss in the sliced bell pepper and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Now, add the shrimp to the pan. Cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the diced pineapple, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
