Delicious Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, half of the Alfredo sauce, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, fill each noodle with the mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • These roll-ups can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
