Delicious shrimp and crab stuffed biscuit bomb shells, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Cooking spray or melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add green onions.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a larger circle.
  4. Place filling in the center of each biscuit and optionally add shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal, and shape into a ball.
  6. Brush with melted butter or cooking spray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
