- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Cooking spray or melted butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add green onions.
- Flatten each biscuit into a larger circle.
- Place filling in the center of each biscuit and optionally add shredded cheese.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal, and shape into a ball.
- Brush with melted butter or cooking spray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
