Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place filling on a slice of sourdough, fold over, and seal edges.
- Grill in a buttered skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
