- 20 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the filling.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 20 minutes until tender and bubbly.
