Gather these fresh ingredients for your SHEET PAN SHRIMP BOIL:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, corn, bell pepper, and garlic with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetable mixture on a large sheet pan.
- Roast the vegetables in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Add shrimp and lemon slices to the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes until shrimp are cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve directly from the pan.
