- 1 pound smoked sausage (like kielbasa or Italian sausage)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 piece bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
- to taste fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, combine the sausage, broccoli, bell pepper, onion, and carrots.
- Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients, then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the mixture out in a single layer on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
