- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cooked seafood (like shrimp or crab, chopped)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped mushroom stems, cooked seafood, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the seafood mixture, pressing it down slightly to ensure it stays in place.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
