  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cooked seafood (like shrimp or crab, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and chop them finely.
  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped mushroom stems, cooked seafood, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the seafood mixture, pressing it down slightly to ensure it stays in place.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
