- 1 pound sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 package frozen hash browns (30 oz)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
- Spread the hash browns evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the hash browns.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the sausage and hash browns.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, spreading it evenly to cover the entire surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden brown.
