Instructions
- Cook the sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked (6-8 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet and pour batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), flip and cook until golden (2 minutes).
- Dip cooked sausage in pancake batter, return to skillet, and cook for another minute.

- For extra fluffiness, do not over-mix the batter.
