- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shelled pistachios (chopped)
- 1/2 cup honey
- Flaky sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios gently.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- While the blondies are baking, warm the honey slightly until it’s pourable.
- Once the blondies are out of the oven, drizzle them with honey and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
